What do you need to bring-
15+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of leadership experience.
Effective management and collaboration with geographically distributed teams.
Ability to research, propose and prototype new principles, technologies, tools, and concepts and integrate them into the teams collective knowledge
Ability to review deployment and delivery pipelines i.e., implement initiatives to minimize chances of failure, identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.
Passionate about quality and software engineering
Working on problems involving scaling, innovation in fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Proven results in delivery on platform product.
Demonstrated strength at leading all phases of the Product Lifecycle, from setting the vision to roadmap planning, capturing requirements, project definition, execution, and operational excellence.
Metrics driven engineering culture and pays attention to tracking KPI s to meet the outcomes
Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage a diverse team of talented software engineers; attract, grow, and retain talent while building a culture of accountability, quality, innovation, and inclusion
Knowledge in Microservices interactions, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, Jenkins, Testing methodologies is preferred.
