Automation Test Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting automated tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose. The individual will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment, conducting automated tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. He/She will be working closely with software developers and program managers to understand more about the product, identifying and creating the test scenarios and test cases necessary for effective test coverage.

Requirements: The candidate should have proven experience as a software test engineer and in-depth understanding of test management tools. He/She should possess strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes and have hands-on experience with automated testing tools. The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Quality Assurance would be a plus.
