Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive mobile app strategy:
- Analyze market trends and user needs to identify opportunities for new mobile
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize app development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- User-Centric Design and Aviation Experience:
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create user interfaces that align with aviation regulatory standards and enhance the overall passenger experience.
- Prioritize user-centric design principles, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for diverse passenger demographics.
- Manage the mobile app development process:
- Lead a team of developers, designers, and other professionals involved in the mobile app development process.
- Define project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Set and enforce quality standards, ensuring all apps meet performance and security requirements.
- Track progress and address any challenges or roadblocks.
- Monitor and optimize app performance:
- Track key app metrics (downloads, engagement, user acquisition, etc.) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile app development trends and technologies.
- Ensure app security and compliance:
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect user data and privacy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant app store guidelines and regulations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile app development technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must be strong in Native APP development.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in mobile app development management.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with popular mobile app development frameworks and tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for mobile apps and a strong desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies.
