Job Description
- Managing a set of clients.
- Brainstorm and supervise the creatives and manage the client relationship.
- Meeting with clients to discuss and understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Brief the internal team creative, copy, media, digital, social as may be the case for creating campaigns as per the client s objectives and budgets allocated.
- Getting the creatives and other work executed error-free from the internal teams creative, media, production, digital, social, etc.....
- Brainstorming and ideating with internal teams for campaigns and out-of-the-box and innovative and effective ideas for the client s campaigns.
- Keeping track of the client s spending, invoicing, and recovery of payments and proof checking checking all content for any communication that goes out of Xebec.
- Weekly/monthly reports and JSRs for all clients and tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Quick thinker
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Client Partner
- 1 to 2 years of experience in creatives and manage the client
- Impeccable English and effective communication is a must
- Experience in Manage clients/accounts independently.
