Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled- Senior Backend Developer- with expertise in- Golang, Node.js, Python- to join our dynamic backend development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable applications, designing microservices, and managing cloud-based deployments on AWS. This role will involve working on our backend system as we migrate from Ruby on Rails

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain backend services using- Node.js, Golang, Python.

- Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with PostgreSQL, RDS, MySQL databases.

- Architect, deploy, and manage applications in the AWS/IBM Cloud environment.

- Contribute to the migration process from Ruby on Rails to modern backend frameworks.

- Develop and maintain- microservices architecture- for scalable and high-performance systems.

- Ensure high-quality code through- unit testing frameworks- and adherence to best practices.

- Research and integrate- AI capabilities- into existing and new backend services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-8 years of experience in backend development with expertise in : Node.js, Golang, Python

RESTful API development

- PostgreSQL, RDS, MySQL

- Proficient in- microservices architecture- and- unit testing frameworks.

- Strong experience in building and deploying applications on AWS/IBM Cloud.

- Ability to optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Integrating APIs from social messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, WeChat, and

Telegram, to enhance our communication applications.

- Real-time messaging functionality using WebSocket, WebRTC, or similar technologies

- Experience with- telephony system integration.

- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks is a plus.
