Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Django and Python Web Application Developer with solid experience in Full Stack Web Application Development. The candidate should have a strong background in Project Management and Team Management, with proven experience in leading a team of 5 to 6 developers. Expertise in SQL is a must, while experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django and Python.
• Build responsive front-end components using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and databases (primarily with SQL).
• Optional: Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) when required.
• Team Management:
• Lead a team of 5 to 6 developers, overseeing their daily activities, ensuring productivity, and guiding them through development challenges.
• Conduct regular code reviews, establish coding standards, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Facilitate a collaborative and high-performing work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Project Management:
• Plan, manage, and deliver web application development projects on time and within scope.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project deliverables, and set clear goals.
• Manage project milestones using Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Database Management:
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database design, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance.
• Optional: Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is advantageous but not mandatory.
• API Development and Integration:
• Design and develop RESTful APIs to support application functionality and third-party integration.
• Ensure seamless integration of external services and tools to enhance web applications.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and update applications, implementing new features and optimizing performance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Django and Python Web Application development.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a development team of 5 to 6 people.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and third-party integration.
• Proven experience in Project Management and handling complex web development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing project sprints.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).

Optional:

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
