Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads through extensive research and data mining activities. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads to support our sales team s efforts in achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and data mining to identify potential leads and prospects across various industries and target markets.
  • Utilize a variety of online resources, databases, and research tools to gather relevant information about companies, decision-makers, and industry trends.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as company size, industry, location, and potential fit for our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, ensuring data integrity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to understand their specific lead requirements and target customer profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to continuously expand the lead pool.
  • Analyze lead data and provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new lead-generation opportunities.
  • Participate in lead nurturing activities, such as email campaigns and lead scoring, to support the sales team s efforts.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve lead data research processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a B2B SAAS sales role
  • Willingness to work in-office for 5 days a week
  • Proficient in using various online research tools, databases, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and well-organized lead databases.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and lead management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
