Job Description

JOB TITLE : Compliance Internal Controls Executive

JOB SUMMARY

Handling People related compliances, supporting audits and reviewing of policies, procedures, documents and systems in the People team.

Role reports to ELC / People Operations Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing compliance activities as per HR RCM and support audits for HR function.

Facilitate internal and external audits involving the respective representatives from different HR functions.

Help in ensuring appropriate access, drive adherence to timelines and report the results.

Provide on ground support for internal control related issues, including projects or initiatives

Compile MIS such as monthly dashboard , SLA reports for review.

Handling day to day activities, issues, and escalations. Includes timely follow through and closure of IT tickets etc

To conduct systematic reviews / audits of HR processes from time to time

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Skills/Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling Audits, HR process reviews, SOX Compliance.

Good knowledge of compliance and audit framework.

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Location : Mumbai

Notice period : 0 - 30 days preferred
