Urgent Opening For Planning & Billing Engineer For Water Project

1. Project Planning and Scheduling: This involves creating detailed project schedules that outline each phase of the project, including the initiation, execution, and closure phases. The planners determine the resources and time required for each phase and set realistic timelines.
2. Monitoring & Performance Reporting: Monitoring the execution activities as per the Plan, Preparing detailed reports on the project's progress against its scheduled milestones and budgets. These reports help make informed decisions to align the project with its goals.
3. Coordination with respective stake holder: To coordinate with Site In charge / Execution In charge / Head Office with regard to daily progress.
4. Billing Activities : To prepare and submit the Client Bill, Co-ordinate with client to get the same certified.
5. Resource Allocation: Identifying the necessary resources for projects, including materials, manpower, and equipment, and ensuring these are available when needed to avoid delays.
6. Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential issues impacting the project timeline or budget. Planning engineers develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.
