Delphi Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi and building APIs.

2. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.

3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements Mandatory:

1. 5-6 years of experience in software development (best case with Delphi, but at least willingness to work in Delphi environment)

2. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux application

3. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and XML communication and components.

4. Good knowledge of multi-threading.

5. Strong SQL Programming skills, using Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Anywhere, SQLite

6. Working experience with Oracle VM (Redhat and Ubuntu)

7. Working experience with Docker

8. Working experience in an Agile development environment.

9. Working knowledge of version control systems. Desirable: Git

Optional/beneficial knowledge:

Cryptography of finance transactions

Knowledge of Payment domain

Skills we can’t do without:

1. University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science or similar qualification

2. Knowledge or experience of tools like JIRA and Confluence would be an advantage

3. High motivation and efficiency

4. Pro-activity and self-reliance

5. Open and inquiring minded

6. Team player, ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization

7. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written (mandatory).
