1. Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products, therapies, and competitors.
- Stay updated on medical research, trends, and regulatory changes.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, and clinics.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and business plans.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
3. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
4. Product Demonstrations and RTMs/CMEs:
- Conduct product demonstrations, RTMs, and CMEs for HCPs.
- Provide technical support and address product-related queries.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Share intelligence with internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
6. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage sales reports, call logs, and expense records.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Compliance:
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry codes, and company policies.
Required Skills :
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preferably in science)
2. Experience: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical sales in general segment.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively (may vary depending on territory).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Two Wheeler: Valid driver's license, along with own two wheeler
