Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator specializing in Corporate Gifting, you will be a crucial link between our clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of corporate gifting programs. Your role will involve meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to deliver high-quality gifting solutions that align with our clients' expectations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their corporate gifting needs and expectations.

Communicate effectively to gather relevant information and provide updates on the progress of gifting programs.

Vendor Management:

Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of a diverse and high-quality range of gift options.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize value for our clients.

Project Coordination:

Develop and maintain project timelines for multiple gifting programs simultaneously.

Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, design, and logistics, to ensure timely execution of each project.

Quality Control:

Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that all gifts meet the specified standards and reflect the client's brand image.

Conduct periodic inspections of samples and final products to maintain quality assurance.

Logistics and Distribution:

Collaborate with logistics partners to plan and execute the efficient delivery of gifts to designated locations.

Monitor shipping schedules and address any issues that may arise during transit.

Budget Management:

Assist in budget creation and management for each gifting program, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on project status, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in the context of corporate gifting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite & advance knowledge of excel.
