Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in product planning and support for large, highly complex projects. Demonstrate proven leadership in Agile transformation from a traditional delivery setup. Exhibit previous experience in product delivery, from ideation to implementation. Ability to concurrently manage multiple workstreams involving complex designs to meet business requirements. Strong business and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, ALM, etc.
Additional Desired Skills: Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps). Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively with technical team members in both in-house and outsourced environments. Skillful in influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers in decision-making.
