Job Summary:
- The Centre Head at Windowmaker Software will provide strategic leadership across all operational areas of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- The Centre Head will oversee business development, product delivery, financial performance, and operational excellence while leveraging technical expertise to guide product innovation.
- This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in the software industry, strong business acumen, and deep technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficient processes and the achievement of company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's strategic vision, setting long-term goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Financial Management: Lead budgeting and financial planning to control costs, maximize profitability, and achieve financial targets.
- Provide regular performance reports to the CEO and Board.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding market presence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering competitive and innovative software solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability across all departments.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership in software product development and innovation, ensuring products are up-to-date with the latest technologies and meet market demands.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all company practices adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement risk management processes to safeguard business operations.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company's operations are meeting objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay updated on software industry trends and new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation and maintain competitiveness.
Key Qualifications:.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior management, with at least 10 years in the software industry.
Technical Expertise:.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to guide technical teams and provide insight into product development and innovation.
Skills:.
- Proven leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, social confidence and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
