Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and lifecycle management of our cutting-edge products, including CCTV systems, network switches, explosion-proof cameras, NVRs, biometric systems, and anti-drone solutions. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in the field of security and surveillance technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet market requirements and industry standards.

Evaluate and select appropriate components, materials, and technologies to ensure optimal product performance.

Testing & Validation:

Conduct testing and validation of products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards (e.g., IP ratings for ex-proof cameras).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the product development lifecycle.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products, from concept to end-of-life, including updates, improvements, and enhancements.

Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical documents, including datasheets, user manuals, and installation guides.

Maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and changes.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.

Assist in resolving customer queries related to product performance and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role in the security and surveillance industry.

Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, network switches, explosion-proof cameras, NVRs, biometric devices, or anti-drone systems.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of hardware and firmware development.

Familiarity with IP networks, PoE, ONVIF protocols, and cybersecurity standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications in networking
