WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS
Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who would be accountable for profitable business growth across all accounts based and will be responsible for the Modern Trade market. He/she will be working closely with all account managers, customer marketing managers and sales team to meet objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the SOs, promoters and merchandisers meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned area monthly and quarterly.
Ensure the SOs meet or exceed new store opening targets in the assigned area monthly and quarterly.
Create PJP and beat plans for yourself and SOs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
Increasing the distributors onboarded.
Managing the performance and trainings for the SOs of each area assigned.
Visiting stores with SOs basis your beat plan to have more productive calls.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities to increase sales.
Regularly review and analyse the sales teams performance and provide feedback.
Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge on sales techniques and products.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager
Have full knowledge of the Companys products and resolve any issues or complaints from clients and team members
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience 10-12 yrs experience in sales, especially in the FMCG sector
Strong team management abilities
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
Excellent native verbal communication skills of the respective region
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and distributors
Ability to work well with other team members
In-depth knowledge of the company's products
Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
Knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniques
Ability to analyse sales data and keep a check on performance metrics of the Sales Officers
