Project Manager/Business Analyst - Solutions

Core Responsibilities

Project Leadership (50%)

• Drive end-to-end implementation of AI-powered analytics solutions
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects ($500K-2M range)
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Client Partnership (30%)

• Build and maintain executive relationships
• Drive solution adoption and value realization
• Lead client workshops and training sessions
• Manage scope and change requests

Innovation Strategy (20%)

• Contribute to product roadmap
• Identify reusable solution components
• Drive best practice development
• Mentor team members

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of client-facing role
• Experience with enterprise software implementations

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity of implementing modern BI/Analytics platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
• Basic SQL and data concepts
• Understanding of APIs and integrations

Professional Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management
• Executive presentation abilities
• Problem-solving mindset
• Agile methodology expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience with any of:
  • Commercial Analytics (Sales, Marketing)
  • Market Access Data
  • Claims/RWE Analysis
  • Clinical Trial Data
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Healthcare analytics platform experience
