Sales Manager

Role Objective

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and drive the sales process from start to finish. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. He is also responsible for calculating profits earned justifying expenses on sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for customer service.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

3. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

8. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

9. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.

10. Good Knowledge of Claims process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Preferred ASM, AGM in an automobile
• Strong Sales, Finance, Automobile Background
