The Tech Support will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to customers for problem resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.
