We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead the development of data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, define quality metrics for machine learning models, and drive large-scale data science initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement data science solutions to address complex business problems

- Translate business challenges into structured data science problems

- Work cross-functionally with business and engineering teams to design and deploy machine learning models

- Define and optimize key quality metrics for ML models to ensure high accuracy and performance

- Drive end-to-end machine learning model development, from data preprocessing to production deployment

- Utilize distributed computing platforms for large-scale data processing and model training

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying innovative solutions where relevant

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning

- Strong understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, etc.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or similar

- Experience working with distributed computing platforms for large-scale data processing

- Proven track record in driving large-scale machine learning projects from ideation to deployment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a research-oriented mindset
