1) Monitoring 1.1 To ensure monitoring the overall inventory stock of ageing as well as non moving goods 1.2To ensure monitoring the plan percentage and discuss for reducing or increasing the plan percentage 1.3 To monitor inspection plan and share with concerned regarding the same 1.4 To monitor no. of rejections and down grade against the respective orders and check the grey availability while planning against the FF required quantity 2) Co-ordination with Other Departments 2.1 To deal with marketing for the issues related with sampling and merchandising activities 2.2 To create sample dispatch plan and discuss with TQM and process team for the smooth execution of samples 2.3 To provide production status to marketing on as per customer requirement 2.4 To offer left over/excess inventory to marketing 2.5 To take follow up with ff to get required quantity so as to complete the order and make a conceal report to check the required quantity against the rquirement of FF 2.6To provide sample dispatch date to mktg and ensure meeting the time line
