Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Management

Reporting to: Head HR Retail / Head of Learning Talent & OD - WLL

Job Purpose / Summary:

The Senior Manager - Talent Management will be responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that drive organizational success. This role will focus on succession planning, leadership development, and managing business-level and group-level talent management processes to ensure a robust pipeline of skilled and high-potential employees. The position will partner closely with key stakeholders to align talent initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and innovation.

Job Description:

1. Succession Planning:

• Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles across WLL.
• Identify and assess high-potential talent to ensure leadership readiness.
• Collaborate with business heads to design individual development plans for successors.

2. Talent Management Processes

• Drive business-level talent reviews and align them with group-level processes.
• Ensure the implementation of talent management frameworks, as part of Welspuns talent strategy.
• Monitor the progress of talent management programs and provide periodic updates to leadership.

3. Leadership Development

• Design and execute leadership development programs to enhance managerial and strategic capabilities.
• Partner with L&D teams to align training initiatives with identified talent gaps.

4. Talent Analytics and Insights

• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor talent trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on talent metrics for leadership review.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Group L&C teams to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to foster talent mobility and succession planning.

Key Interactions:

• Internal: HR Business Partners, Functional Heads and Business Leaders, Group L&C Team, L&D Team
• External: Consultants and Vendors for Leadership Development Programs, Assessment Partners

Relevant Work Experience:

• 812 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or HR Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing succession planning and talent review processes.
• Hands-on experience with talent analytics and development frameworks.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR.
