Job Description
- Experience: 1.5 years+ in Sales Marketing
- Salary: Up to \u20b9 20,000 per month + Performance Bonus
- Benefits: Provident Fund, ESI
- Supplemental Pay Types: Performance Bonus
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
- Language: English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Education: Bachelors (Preferred) Duties Responsibilities
Your Duties and Responsibilities would be but not limited to:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Visiting potential clients
- Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
- Developing strategies to promote sales of products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals that result in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Cold calling and other methods to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years in sales marketing
- Result-driven personalities, confident to accept challenges
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
