Manager - UK Payroll - ITeS/GCC (10-14 yrs)

We are hiring Manager - UK Payroll for our client based at Bangalore.

Requirements:

- Manage in-house UK payroll function to include the development, implementation, maintenance, management, and direction of payroll operations.

- Should have 10+ years of experience in UK payroll regulations, standards and other statutory compliances.

- Experience working in GCC/In-house BPO/ITES is highly desirable.

- Experience in configure and customise on SAP modules to align with business needs and statutory requirements.

- Should have managed a team of 30 to 50 people.

- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of an organization's payroll.

- Maintain and update payroll records, collaborate with other departments to gather and validate payroll information.

- Reviews, develops, and implements UK payroll processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide customer service to employees.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and escalations effectively.

- Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
