We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing high-quality leads for our sales team, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities.
The goal is to drive business growth by bringing in new clients and identifying untapped
markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads in target industries and geographies.
- Generate leads using a variety of methods including online research, social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales and marketing teams.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our company's offerings.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into clients.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Skills Required :
- Strong research and data mining skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
