Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Identify Prospects: Use online tools, databases, and social platforms (eg, LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to identify potential leads.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales or marketing team and ensure that only high-potential leads are passed to the sales team.
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to engage potential clients and introduce our products/services.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
• CRM Management: Maintain an updated record of leads and their status in CRM tools (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
