Asst. Manager Accounts - Export Banking

Role & responsibilities : Candidate should have knowledge of Preparation of Stock Statement, Preparing E-Invoices after PO verification, Prepare Export Incentive details, posting in tally and receipt entry in tally & Tracking, Lodgment of all export documents in bank, Maintain records in excel for Export Lodgment, Follow up for tracking details and acceptance on dispatch documents, Disposal submission against Inwards, Settlement of old PC/PCFC & preparation of documents for new PC/PCFC & Posting in tally, Posting of Inward/Outward and Bank charges in Tally, PC/PCFC Interest calculation and posting in tally, Follow up for payments from debtors, Submission of Export documents through mail/Buyer Portal/Bank, Debtors Reconciliation, E-BRC Generation on DGFT Portal, Outward remittances/ payment against import of goods & services, EDPMS/IDPMS clearance, Excel preparation for outstanding debtors with due date, Reconcile and booking of Monthly Salary / PF and payment etc..

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have a strong command over FEMA and RBI guidelines and accounting software, particularly Tally. Additionally, they have prior experience in Export Banking within a Textile and Garment Export manufacturing unit.
