Position Overview:

The Builder Relations Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with top-tier builders and developers. This role will oversee the successful coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and alignment with the companys luxury real estate goals. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, in-depth real estate industry knowledge, and experience in managing high-end property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier builders, contractors, and developers to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management: Coordinate construction projects from the planning stage through completion, ensuring that all projects meet luxury quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with builders, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of construction timelines with company sales and marketing efforts.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on real estate and construction market trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for project innovations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standards of construction quality are adhered to and resolve any issues promptly.
• Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining premium quality.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks related to construction projects and take steps to mitigate these risks.
• Client-Focused Development: Understand and anticipate the needs of clients and investors, ensuring all developments align with market expectations for luxury properties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in project management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on managing relationships with builders, contractors, and developers for luxury or high-end projects.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the construction process, particularly in luxury residential and commercial real estate.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, investment practices, and luxury property standards.
