Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in development and architecture, preferably with exposure to finance-related projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, views, and cursors.

Perform performance tuning activities to enhance database efficiency and reliability.

Serve as an individual contributor, leading technical initiatives and presenting solutions to stakeholders.

Collaborate with vendors and business teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project execution.

Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues.

Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams and provide clear documentation.

Qualifications:

For Developers: 2-5 years of development experience with Oracle PL/SQL and associated technologies.
For Architects: 6-8 years of experience in IT architecture, with 4-5 years of hands-on development experience.
Solid understanding of writing and optimizing PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, views, and cursors.
Proven track record of working on complex software projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience working in finance-related IT projects is a plus.
