We, Wave Visions, are a leading & Innovative medical equipment manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand and manage our dealer network across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors across various regions.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and new dealers to drive business growth.
• Ensure dealer performance, sales targets, and business expansion in assigned territories.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Provide training and support to dealers on product offerings and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in dealer network management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for dealer visits and market expansion.
