Role & responsibilities

Tool Skills: - Engineering drawing, Customer specifications, Slandered specification, MS Office, ERP, (Word, Excel, Power Point), Data storage and management, 3d modelling & drafting software (NX Solid Works etc),

Roles & Responsibility

• Preparation of RFQ.
• Implementation of ERP.
• Developing QE documents for acceptance criteria (ballooning CP QP)
• FAI documentation, drawing reading in line with GD&T, tolerance stacking.
• Preparing Balloon drawing, CP, QP, FIR report & Instrument list
• Attending & Conducting AS audit for Internal & External department.
• Preparation of Stage wise drawings.
• Preparation of Special process Instruction
• Preparation of Assembly Instruction.
• Preparation of Material handling Instruction
• Concept for Assembly, Inspection Fixtures.
• Document validation to ensure Part name, Part number, Document number, Revision number, Priority number is same in all related document considering Customer drawing & BOM as master
• Uploading Assembly, all above documents in configuration and ERP.
• Verification & follow up of all NPD & Production handover documents activities.
• Feedback tracker & Effectiveness monitoring.
