We are a technology based organization on a mission to fight global warming and to reduce customer engagement costs for solar companies ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness on the way. WattMonk is currently present in all 50 states of the US and is associated with some of the top solar companies as their trusted partner.
We provide technology and services to solar businesses to supercharge their growth. Our integrated platform is used by 100+ solar installers to order various services. Five out of the top 10 residential solar companies are our customers. We started in 2019 and have bootstrapped to millions of dollars in revenue already and are going 300% y-o-y.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manages the complete life-cycle recruitment process, including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Maintain an effective recruiting cycle that ensures a positive candidate and internal customer experience.
- Create processes and policies to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Partner with universities, hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of candidate talent requirements.
- Develop and implement targeted job promotional and sourcing strategies, utilizing available resources to attract top talent.
- Handling end to end recruitment in IT and Non-IT Hiring (International & Domestic hiring)
- Be well versed with International and domestic hiring portals
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Be responsible in handling the recruitment team (1-2) employees
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A strong commitment to advancing the mission.
- International staffing experience would be preferred
- Knowledge of best-in-class approaches to recruiting and selecting diverse candidates.
- Working knowledge of embedding a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens into recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
- Experience conducting behavioral and structured interviews.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and cultivate effective relationships with diverse audiences.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to speak and present information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong marketing skills with proven ability to create engaging recruitment campaigns and lead employment branding initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills, including planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an eye for detail.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to translate plans into action.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Excellent data analysis skills with experience synthesizing data to drive action steps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook).
