Job Description
- Liasoning with key market operation SPoCs Veeva leads
- Defining features functionalities in line with Veeva product architecture capabilities
- Understanding business needs, processes and priorities of key markets and bring tech-innovations from within outside (industry) for business value delivery.
- Developing and managing the product functionalities and be accountable for ontime quality delivery of new enhancements in Veeva, for liaison markets
- Be the goto knowledge partner advisor to Veeva community in business/markets local IT SHMs
- Ensure standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, product governance, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible.
- Continuous improvement optimization
- Aligning with other functional area leads and regional leads as well as Services Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistency in key areas of service and delivery
- Define key performance indicators for product success and tracking the progress reporting to the management
- Identify and manage risks associated with product development and deployment. Create a risk mitigation strategy and ensure the communication to right stakeholders
