KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meeting the retailers and sub distributors frequently and get the order

2. Explain the sales policies and schemes to the retailers and distributors

3. Sending the DSR & weekly tour plan to ASM for approval

4. Identifying and appointing new retailers and distributors

5. Understanding the availability of the product stock at branch / warehouse

6. Brief about the sales collection at weekly meetings / MRM to the BM / RM

7. Ensure the product availability at the dealers for timely delivery

8. Frequent payment follows up get the payment dues

EDUCATION

1. Should be a Graduate

2. Experience in driving secondary sales

3. Good communication /Negotiation Good knowledge about the Geographical area assigned

4. Any building material experience (PREFERRED)
