We are currently hiring for an International Voice, Email & Chat Process at WM. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in international BPO calling, email, and chat support.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Experience in international BPO (Voice, Email & Chat) preferred.Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Candidate would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy.

• Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Hands-on experience in MS Excel)
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to independently manage multiple chats and emails with US customers. It is the essential that that the candidate can effectively comprehend and respond to customer requests
• The candidate should be open to receiving feedback and learning opportunities.
• Candidates with experience in international BPO are preferred (6 months - 2 years), especially those adepts at managing multiple chat and email communications. Candidates who can start immediately will be given precedence
• The candidate must exhibit complete flexibility to accommodate any shift, including night and weekend shifts, as per business requirements. This is a customer service role, and shift patterns may change accordingly. The candidate will be required to sign an 18-month Service Agreement. Additionally, the candidate must be required to working on both Indian and US holidays.
• Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.

• Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours

Qualifications

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation: Preferably B.Com, MBA ,MCOM or other stream Post Graduates/Graduates can also be considered
• Zero -4 years experience
• Communication skills (Can participate in calls) & Basic Computer skills
• Decision and Analytical making skills
• Open for feedback and learning opportunities
• Flexibility - Any shift @ business requirement
• Service Agreement for 18 Months
• International voice process experience is required.
• Good Communications skill
• Proficiency in basic excel functions and MS Office is required
• Only for Night shift - In WM Indore we do not have women's working in night shifts hence only Male candidates are eligible.
