Responsibilities: Event Management: 1. Scanning and Planning: Identify and assess potential event opportunities, industry conferences,tradeshows, and community engagements that align with the company's marketing objectives. Develop event concepts and strategies to effectively showcase brand and its products. 2. Event Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics, budgeting,vendor management, and content development. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and a positive brand experience for attendees. 3. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events against predefined goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze attendee feedback and make recommendations for future improvements. 4. Media Mix Planning: Develop comprehensive media mix plans that encompass both traditional and digital media channels to optimize brand visibility and reach. 5. Media Planning and Buying: Plan media campaigns and media buying strategies to ensure efficient utilization of the marketing budget. Negotiate media rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals. 6. Media Channel Selection: Identify and select appropriate media channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, online) that align with the target audience and marketing objectives.
