Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating daily activities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
Coordinate sales meetings and assist with meeting preparations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Keep Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to the concerned Head
Building and maintaining long-term client relations
Addressing any queries and complaints through phone
Recording sales calls and meeting details for future reference
Taking up any urgent requests or queries on time
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in team meetings
