We are looking for a talented Account Executives to aggressively drive our Sales working closely with the Head of Sales
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive with 2-6 years in SaaS sales to launch and grow WABB
in in India
The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS sales background with chatbots vertical
Key Responsibilities:
Market Introduction: Drive the launch of WABB
in WhatsApp Bot Builder in India by engaging potential clients
Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and manage the sales process from outreach to closing
Product Demonstrations: Present our WhatsApp Bot Builder to potential clients, tailored to Indian market needs
Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, adapting to market insights
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close contracts effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients
Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support and build long-term client relationships
Market Research: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and provide client feedback
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-6 years in SaaS sales with a track record of meeting targets; experience in chatbots is required
Skills: Strong SaaS sales techniques, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Bot Builders and WhatsApp; ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies
Attributes: Motivated, results-driven, and capable of both independent and team work with a customer-focused mindset
Understanding of the Indian market
Compensation:
The total Compensation for this role is 14 LPA including the variable pay with a split of 60-40
