Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in software development projects and Agile methodologies is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.

Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.
