Job Description
Vuram Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for Group Manager - WTS - Oracle Cloud ERP Technical to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert guidance and consultancy to clients on Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Finance, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze client's financial processes, identify gaps, and design solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities to improve financial operations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, customize workflows, and ensure alignment with client requirements while following best practices.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, providing leadership, direction, and ensuring the team's alignment with project goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and act as a liaison between the consulting team and the client stakeholders.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities, ensure system functionality, data integrity, and quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions, user support, and documentation to ensure clients effectively utilize Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules post-implementation.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud ERP Expertise: Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP with a focus on Finance modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, etc.).
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, overseeing ERP implementations, resource allocation, and managing project timelines.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial management, preferably in a variety of industries.
- Consulting Skills: Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage and guide a team, fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives.
- Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize Oracle Cloud ERP modules to meet specific client requirements.
- Training and Support: Capability to provide training, user support, and create documentation for end-users post-implementation.
