Job Title: Marketing Lead
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of our automotive products. This role demands expertise in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing, digital marketing, event management, and product content creation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative vision, and experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
2. Website Management:
- Oversee website management, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Content Marketing (SCM) to maximize online visibility.
- Regularly update and optimize content to improve traffic and customer engagement.
3. Media Management and Public Relations:
- Manage media planning and buying, ensuring optimal placement and reach across print, digital, and broadcast channels.
- Track media performance, analyze effectiveness, and refine strategies.
- Handle media PR, prepare press releases, and maintain relationships with media outlets.
4. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms, network campaigns, and content generation for product promotions.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize results.
5. Content Creation and Product Campaigns:
- Develop creative content for product campaigns, including videos, social media posts, leaflets, and sales materials.
- Design and execute product-specific campaigns that align with business objectives.
6. Events Management:
- Plan and execute events such as exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful delivery of events to enhance customer engagement.
7. BTL Marketing Initiatives:
- Oversee BTL activities, including van promotions, festive promotions, and customer meetups.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging promotional materials and activations.
8. Product Content Creation:
- Design Point-of-Purchase (PoP) materials, promotional videos, leaflets, and product guides.
- Create content for sales training, including sales talk scripts and detailed product/DSP guides.
9. Customer Engagement and Collaboration:
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance engagement strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
10. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and events.
- Track expenditures and provide regular financial performance reports.
11. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, encouraging creativity and collaboration.
