Import Sales and Export Sales

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard international suppliers for various products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential products and assess demand.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth customs clearance and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including import tariffs and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor export market trends, regulations, and competition to adapt strategies.
• Develop and execute export sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and post-sale concerns.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export controls.
