AI Developer - NLP Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning and AI Developer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that enable seamless interactions between humans and machines. You will work on various AI-driven solutions, with a focus on NLP, chatbots, and other conversational AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, particularly in NLP and chatbot applications.

Develop and implement conversational agents using modern chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement.

Fine-tune language models and build custom NLP pipelines to ensure high-quality understanding and generation of text.

Integrate chatbots and AI solutions with existing systems or platforms for seamless deployment.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and chatbot technologies.

Ensure scalability, robustness, and performance optimization of ML models and AI systems.

Troubleshoot and improve existing AI and NLP models based on feedback and performance data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, specifically NLP and chatbot development.

Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Strong experience with NLP techniques (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition) and language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).

Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms like Rasa, Dialogflow, or custom-built conversational agents.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
