Job Description
- Diploma or Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in field service, preferably in the medical diagnostics equipment domain. Experience in MR field service would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of MR scanners in the field under guidance as per Voxelgrids manuals and Quality system.
- Project co-ordination with manager on-site during installation (hospitals or diagnostic centers) and working with various teams (customers, vendors, design teams etc.) post sales till completion of system handover.
- Attending all service calls and providing immediate resolutions of issues to ensure scanners uptime.
- Regular interactions with existing customers and develop relationships to understand the issues at field and communicate them to the design team.
- Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and implement them on the company s installed base.
- Maintaining proper documentation and timely reporting to the manager
