WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB RESPONSIBLITIES) The Product Owner will: Work with product management to prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders. Develop clear and detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product iterations and launches. .Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding the POS and payment software product line. Voice of the Customer represent and articulate customer feedback for internal and external stakeholders. Become a subject matter expert in the products you work with. Mitigate roadblocks impacting team completion of release/sprint goals.
WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICIATIONS) Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development. Experience in Expertise in the convenience and retail fuel industry preferred Experience and expertise with payment systems. Strong technical acumen and experience working with Agile development teams and processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A problem-solver mindset with a passion for delivering user-centric solutions. Inclusive leader with proven project/program management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
