About the Role:
The company is looking for a suitably experienced HR executive to lead the overall HR functions for the company and ensure the company is moving towards achieving its business objectives.
The key responsibilities will include:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Partner with the leadership team to align talent acquisition, retention, and development plans with organizational goals.
- Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure readiness for growth and scalability in the IT services industry.
Talent Management & Acquisition:
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in IT services.
- Lead initiatives for succession planning, leadership development, and workforce upskilling.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Performance Management:
- Establish and drive a performance-driven culture through goal setting, performance appraisals, and regular feedback mechanisms.
- Identify and implement tools and systems to measure and improve employee performance.
Learning & Development:
- Develop robust training programs to address skill gaps, promote leadership development, and drive professional growth.
- Integrate emerging technologies and digital learning platforms to enhance L&D effectiveness.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and growth.
- Implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention, job satisfaction, and productivity.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a key organizational value.
HR Policies, Systems, & Compliance:
- Oversee the implementation of scalable HR systems and processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee regulations, and company policies across geographies.
- Introduce HR analytics for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Change Management:
- Act as a strategic advisor for organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Support business transformation through effective communication, training, and HR interventions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation, reward, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and compensation reviews in line with industry standards.
Candidate's Background:
- The CHRO will provide strategic leadership for all human resources functions, aligning people strategies with business goals to enable growth and scalability. You will focus on building a high-performing workforce, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring that HR policies, processes, and systems support business excellence.
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.1.Deep experience in IT services or technology companies.
- Proven expertise in driving HR transformation in high-growth organizations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in HR systems, analytics, and tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead large-scale change management and culture-building initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- Professional certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CHRO Certification are an advantage.
