RPA Developer - UiPath (3-7 yrs)

- Training and mentoring team members on RPA best practices and UI Path development.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- UI Path certification or equivalent professional accreditation in RPA and automation technologies.

- Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UI Path, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java for RPA development.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent understanding of business processes to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in documenting technical specifications, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.
