E2E Solution Designer Service Assurance

> Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom B2B , Enterprise , Wholesale customers

> E2E Architecture & Design for L2C

> Experience of working in Telecom B2B/Enterprise domain for leading Telcos and has experience of Enterprise products - Voice & Collaboration(Unified communication, Operator Connect), IPVPN, VOIP Trunk,Media Gateway etc.

> Product & Domain Knowledge Aware of Key Industry Standards (TMF) , TMF Open API, TMF SID

> Experience in integration (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST , XML , JMS , JSON, etc.Desired Skills:

> COTS products experience -Salesforce, Vlocity, ServiceNow will be good.

> Fair understanding of Product modelling concepts & UML data modelling

> Propose new design patterns to Enterprise Architects and engage platform architects to get design patterns agreed and implemented.

> Planning/Organization Skills Leadership & Direction Setting -Experience of different Methodologies -Seek out and Respond to Feedback -Coaching

> Stakeholder Management , Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Enquiring Mindset

> Communication/Presentation Skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as wellas strong strategic and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

> The Solution Designer is accountable for designing of the systems part of the solution. This role is often split into thedifferent phases of Learn, Buy, Get, Use, and Support (LBGUPS).

> Accountable for preparing & presenting HLD and LLD solutions

> Creates and owns E2E technical designs for a specific Service Mgmt technology area, delivering work autonomously. Acts as an informed consultant during requirement gathering process.

> Integrates and implements end-to-end solutions across customers and business areas involving people, process, product, networks aspects.

> Ensures e2e designs are delivered to the agreed principles and assurance processes.

> Ensures feasibility, scalability, and performance by setting and maintaining standards.

> Monitors performance of architecture standards and drives improvement for adoption and compliance.

> Responsible for getting the solution to a ready to build state by adherence to ACE (Architecture Conformance Expediter), Security Passport and PIA processes.

> Stay involved and remain accountable for e2e design integrity throughout build, testing and deployment.
