Looking for enthusiastic Assistant Manger for Product development for our renowned organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXPERIENCE : 6-15 YEARS

Product management is an organizational function within a company dealing with:

(a) New Product Introduction,

(b) Existing product maintenance and Technical support.

These involve product development, business justification, planning of all kind of resources, verification, forecasting, pricing, product marketing at all stages of the product lifecycle.

The candidate will be responsible for the product life cycle management and from conception to end of life.

• Lead the product and solution offering and effectively guide R&D and operations to cost effectively design/modify/augment products or solutions.
• Responsible for product specification finalization considering short and long term goals.
• Responsible for acting as a project manager for development of the product with research and development department, along with other leader in product management department.
• Support Marketing team for commercial product literature and own the responsibility of technical literature.
• Liaise with external and internal stake holders to ensure the products meet the organization's quality standards and deliver satisfactory standards of service.

Functional Knowledge:

1. CANDIDATE WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & WRITTEN SKILLS.

2. Clear working knowledge on energy meters, DLMS and different kinds of communication devices.

3. Implementation and maintenance of management systems and product certification like IEC, BIS etc.,

4. A team player who communicates affectively with colleagues sharing information.
