Men's Sourcing Specialist

Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting materials and suppliers for our men's product lines. Your expertise will be essential in driving the quality and cost-effectiveness of our offerings while aligning with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential suppliers for fabrics, trims, and other materials essential to men's apparel.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining high standards of quality.
Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies. Collaborate with the design team to integrate the latest trends into product development.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced materials meet Virgios quality specifications. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to uphold product integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive sourcing strategies that support overall business goals.
Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with financial targets and timelines.
Sustainability Focus: Advocate for sustainable sourcing practices and materials that align with Virgio's commitment to environmental responsibility.
